How to Check If Your iPhone Is Paid Off

Categories

Need help figuring out if your iPhone is still being financed through your carrier or if it has been paid off? We will walk you through the process of checking your phone's IMEI number (need help finding your phone's IMEI number?) to determine whether your phone is paid off or still being financed for four of the United States' largest carriers: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint.

If you plan on selling your iPhone, you will need to ensure the phone has been paid off and no longer carries a balance. If you sell your phone to another party, the phone will only work properly on their account if there is no outstanding balance for the phone on your account.
